1849.  A Resolution authorizing the execution of a certain amendment to an existing loan agreement between Gardner, Kansas, and the State of Kansas, acting by and through the Kansas Department of Transportation; authorizing and approving certain documents in connection therewith; and authorizing certain other actions in connection with the first amendment to the loan agreement.  Adopted this 21st day of February, 2011.

1854.   A Resolution prescribing the form and details of and authorizing the delivery of $1,325,000 principal amount of general obligation bonds, Series 2011a, of the City of Gardner, Kansas, previously authorized by an ordinance of the city.  Adopted 15th day of August, 2011. 

1855.   A Resolution authorizing the issuance and delivery of $3,995,000 principal amount of general obligation renewal temporary notes, Series 2011b, of the City of Gardner, Kansas, for the purpose of renewing a portion of certain outstanding general obligation temporary notes of the city.  Adopted 15th day of August, 2011.

1859.    A Resolution establishing various fees and charges for Titles 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18 of the Gardner Municipal Code and repealing Resolution No. 1856 in its entirety. Adopted the 6th day of September, 2011.

1861.  A Resolution describing the corporate limits and boundaries of the City of Gardner, Johnson County, Kansas, a city of the second class. Adopted the 19th day of December, 2011.

1862.  A Resolution indicating governing body approval of the intention of David R. Rhodes to make application to the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation to secure housing tax credits made available through the Housing Tax Credit Program that could enable, if awarded, the construction of affordable rental housing to be located at Willow Brooke Estates.
