1864.  A Resolution prescribing the form and details of and authorizing the delivery of $3,995,000 principal amount of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2012A, of the City of Gardner, Kansas, previously authorized by an Ordinance of the City.

1865.  A Resolution determining the advisability of the making of certain internal improvements in the City of Gardner, Kansas, setting forth certain findings in accordance with K.S.A. 12-6a04; authorizing and providing for the making of the improvement in accordance with the findings of the governing body in the improvement district.

1869.  A Resolution prescribing the form and details of and authorizing the delivery of $11,745,000 principal amount of General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2012C, of the City of Gardner, Kansas, previously authorized by an ordinance of the City.

1870.  A Resolution authorizing the filing of application with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for a loan under the Kansas Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Act (K.S.A. 1988 Supp. 65-3321 through 65-3329).
