Cardio Fit Boot Camp for Women
Calling all women ages 18 and older who have a New Year's resolution to get fit! Experience the ultimate in fitness workouts with this boot camp! A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, Brooke Schesser has been motivating clients through weight loss for over 10 years! Learn fun and effective ways to get the body you deserve. This 4-week program is full of strength conditioning, circuit training, resistance training, plyometrics, and yoga.....all which can be tailored to your needs. All you need are hand weights, a mat and the drive to a better you!
