Citizen Survey
The ETC Institute conducts a citizen survey on behalf of the City of Gardner every two years. The last survey was completed by solicting feedback from 2000 households, of which 816 completed the survey via phone or mail in May and June of 2011, this survey has an accuracy of +/- 3.4% at the 95% confidence level.
Gardner is a charter member of the survey program and has conducted a survey every two years since 1999. The survey responses are a valuable tool to determine how well the City is doing, as well as identify improvement opportunities.
The City Council is provided this information to use when making key decisions for the community.
