The office of the City Clerk is the oldest among public servants, extending to ancient times, and exists today as a vital part of local government around the world. We serve internal and external customers by providing a range of services that include recording and maintaining the official records and legislative history of the City, and providing a wide range of public information to elected officials, appointed bodies, public, and City staff. The office of the City Clerk is under the umbrella of the City Administration Department.
