The agendas for City Council meetings are available online no later than 11:00 am on the Friday before the meeting date.  The Council meeting minutes are available online after they have been approved.  A formal open records request for agendas or minutes prior to 2010 can be made through the City Clerk.

City Council Agendas and Minutes
The Gardner City Council meets the first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers within Gardner City Hall.  All meetings are open to the public.
