The Agendas for the City Council are available online no later than the Friday before the meeting date. The Minutes for meetings are available online after they have been approved. The current and past two months of City Council Agendas and Approved Minutes are available here, but formal requests for past documents can be made by requesting them from the City Clerk.

City Council Agendas and Minutes
The Gardner City Council meets the first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The City Council also holds a Work Session on the second Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. When necessary, an additional Work Session is held the fourth Monday of the month. All meetings are open to the public. There are no minutes for the Work Sessions.
