The City of Gardner is in the process of an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan which includes the review of policies, practices and procedures, and analysis of the City's programs, activities and services related to program and physical accessibility.

Citizen input and comment is important throughout the transition planning process.  The draft Self-Evaluation Report is available for review (linked below) and public comment (see online form below) until October 19, 2016.  A printed copy is available at Gardner City Hall, 120 E. Main St. Comments regarding the draft report can also be sent to:

The public will also have the opportunity to provide public comment on the draft report at the ADA Advisory Committee meeting on October 19th at 6:00 p.m.
