2009
EUB-001 - A Resolution authorizing membership of the City of Gardner, Kansas in the Kansas Municipal Energy Agency's Mutual Aid Program and authorizing the execution of all documents relating to the City's participation in said Mutual Aid Program. Adopted February 5, 2009.

EUB-002 - A Resolution adopting electric regulations of the city of Gardner. Adopted April 2, 2009.

EUB-003 - A Resolution adopting electric rates, of the City of Gardner. Adopted April 2, 2009.

EUB-004 - A Resolution adopting City of Gardner, Kansas Electric Utility Electric Service Standards. Adopted April 2, 2009.

EUB-005 - A Resolution amending Section 13.25.040, Power Cost Adjustment, of Chapter 13.25 – Electric Rates of the City of Gardner. Adopted April 27, 2009.

EUB-006 - A Resolution amending Section 13.25.060, Pole Attachment Charges, of Chapter 13.25 - Electric Rates of the City of Gardner.  Adopted August 11, 2009.
 
EUB-007 - A Resolution adopting the 2010 Adjusted Electric Salary Schedule for Gardner Energy.  Adopted December 21, 2009.

EUB-008 - A Resolution Adding Section 13.25.070, Renewable Energy/Parallel Generation Services, to Chapter 13.25 - Electric Rates of the City of Gardner.  Adopted April 1, 2010.

EUB-009 - A Resolution adopting the 2011 Electric Salary Schedule for Gardner Energy.  Adopted December 2, 2010. 
 
2011
Revision to the 2011 Electric Salary Schedule  (position changes only).  Approved February 3, 2011.

EUB-010 - A Resolution authorizing Gardner Energy to participate in the Kansas Mutual Aid Program for Utilities (KS-MAP).  Adopted March 3, 2011.

EUB-011 - A Resolution adopting the 2012 Electric Salary Schedule for Gardner Energy.  Adopted December 1, 2011.
