To request a park or facility, complete the electronic form below and submit. For additional information, or any questions, please contact the Gardner Parks and Recreation Department at 913-856-0936, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This is a request only. Reservations must be made and paid for 72 hours in advance. NO reservation will be made, or accepted, until it is entered into the computer by the Parks and Recreation Department, you have signed the Waiver of Liability, and all applicable fees are paid in full. Filling out this form is NOT a guarantee of a reservation.
All facilities are reserved on a first come, first served basis. For rental of athletic facilities, contact the Gardner Parks and Recreation Department at 913-856-0936.
Once you submit this online request, please contact Gardner Parks and Recreation Customer Service at 913-856-0936 to make your payment. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Customer Service Center hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
