No. 2257 - An Ordinance of the City of Gardner, Kansas, a general housekeeping ordinance amending sections of the Gardner Municipal Code. Approved the 22nd day of January, 2008.

No. 2258 - An Ordinance providing for the range of salaries and compensation of various city officers and employees of the City of Gardner, Kansas, effective February 23, 2008 and repealing ordinance numbers 2208, 2240, and 2256 and any amendments thereto. Passed and Approved the 4th day of February, 2008.

No. 2259 - An Ordinance changing the zoning classifications or districts of certain lands located in the City of Gardner, Kansas under the authority granted by the Gardner, Kansas, Zoning Ordinance; (Z0714; PDP0714). Passed and Approved this 18th day of February, 2008.

No. 2260 - An Ordinance modifying the preliminary development plan for the RP5 Zoning District established with Ordinance No. 2097 (Z0402), under the authority granted by the Gardner, Kansas, Zoning Ordinance. Passed and Approved this 18th day of February, 2008.

No. 2261 - An Ordinance providing for the description and survey of certain lands necessary for the construction of certain improvements to the public infrastructure owned by the City of Gardner, Kansas, in the City of Gardner, Johnson County, Kansas; declaring it to be a public necessity to acquire said land by condemnation for such purpose and directing the City Attorney to make proper application to a judge of the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas for the appointment of commissioners to appraise said land and to conduct condemnation proceedings relative thereto. Passed and Approved this 18th day of February, 2008.

Passed and approved this 7th day of April, 2008.
