Municipal Court

Municipal Court is a division of the Finance Department.  Traffic, misdemeanor and code violations of the City of Gardner are handled in this court. The Municipal Court and office is located in City Hall at 120 E. Main Street.

Court Sessions

Municipal Court is held at 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and the Wednesday following the 2nd Tuesday and the 4th Wednesday of the month.
