How do I purchase a Gardner Aquatic Center membership season pass?
All season passes must be purchased at Gardner City Hall, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Passes will go on sale beginning March 19, 2018. City Hall will be open until 8:00 p.m. on April 25 and May 1 so that individuals and families will have some extended hours to purchase passes. On April 7 at the Swim Lesson Sign Up Day, we will also be selling passes while we are open from 8-10 a.m. Everyone purchasing a pass must fill out a Pool Pass Form (pdf)
New in 2018 all membership passes now include a key tag instead of a photo ID. These key tags are "forever" passes, meaning they are not re-issued each year. Please keep your key tag from season to season to avoid having to pay a replacement fee ($1). All new members are required to take a photo. Existing members can use their previous photo and will be asked to update as needed. Everyone with a pass must have a photo on file to gain entrance to the pool. Photos can be taken at City Hall or at the pool admissions counter.

Lost Key Tags: Lost key tags can be re-issued at Gardner City Hall Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Please note: Passes cannot be renewed over the phone and cannot be pro-rated. Members cannot be added to passes over the phone. Cash, check and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx are accepted for payment. Daily admission to the Gardner Aquatic Center can be paid at their front desk; however, they do not sell season passes there. The GAC accepts cash, checks and Visa, MC, DS and AmEx.
Family Season Pass (up to 5 immediate family members included, $15 each additional over 5)
Family Season Passes are for immediate family members living in the same household only. Immediate family is defined as: Two adults and their dependent children living at home. Dependents between the ages of 19 and 23 must be full time students and show proof of residing at the residential address of the primary membership holder.
If an aunt, uncle, or grandparent is the legal guardian of the child(ren), then they would be included, however proof of guardianship is required. If they are not the legal guardian, they would not be considered immediate family.
Family members such as nieces, nephews or cousins are not eligible to be on the family's pass.

A youth pass may be purchased for any youth between the ages of 3 and 18 years of age.
*Please remember that any youth under the age of 9 must still be accompanied by an individual at least 14 years of age.
An adult pass may be purchase for any adult between the ages for 19 and 61 years.
**Seniors age 62 and over are free and do not need a pool membership.
Families who employ a nanny/babysitter may purchase one nanny pass in addition to their family or youth pass. Only one nanny pass per household will be issued per season. The nanny pass must be purchased in conjunction with a family or youth pass. Nanny pass is valid only for whom the pass is issued.
The Gardner Aquatic Center is dedicated to providing ADA-accessible amenities.
