White Tail Run Winery will host a two hour class teaching students the differences between vinifera and hybrid grapes, aroma compounds in wines, and how to pair wine with food. The class will end with three light "bites" that will be paired with three wines to show how a great food pairing can enhance/elevate the food or wine.
