Overview of UTILITY BILLING Online Service

Utility Billing Online offers customers a convenient way to track and pay their electric, water and sewer payments and provides a history of utility usage. It's part of the City's effort to give citizens access to information whenever they want, not just during business hours.

Customers can obtain billing information by registering their utility account number and using their PIN, a Personal Identification Number they receive from the Finance Department. The Web page walks you through registration. Registration is only for customers who want access to their account over the computer.

The City Council periodically reviews the costs associated with providing on-line credit card payments. Currently, this service is free of charge and will be continue to be reviewed yearly.
