The 18th Annual “Christmas in the Park” holiday event kicks off with the Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, Monday, December 1, 2008 at Cornerstone Park. Seasonal music will be performed by area school children. The event will include a Christmas message from Mayor Carol Lehman and the arrival of Santa. A lucky individual will be selected to flip the switch that turns on thousands of beautiful lights throughout the park.
