Senior Ballet

A low impact dance exercise class improving coordination, flexibility, strength and perfect posture.  Classes can be done in a chair or standing and can be modified for all abilities.  No special clothing necessary- t-shirt, sweatpants and socks to start.  No previous experience needed, beginners welcome! 

 

Dates Mondays, October 10- November 21 (We will skip October 31st)
Time 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Fee $35.00
Age 50 and older
