Utility Billing
Utility Services    

The Utility Billing Division is staffed by a Utility Billing Supervisor, a Utility Billing Specialist, two Customer Service Representatives, and four Meter Reader/Technicians. The Utility Billing Division is responsible for reading utility meters, installing water meters, maintaining meters, determining consumption, creating and processing utility bills and monitoring the receipt of payments for the amounts billed. The Utility Billing Division also responds to customer inquires and provides follow-up either internally or in the field if required. The Division maintains approximately 6,000 Active Utility Accounts. The Utility Billing Division is responsible for all customer move-ins and move-outs in the community.
